This One's For Kim

So I've been back from my hols for a few days but went straight to house/pet sit for Kim and Rich so not having my computer meant I couldn't upload my pics to blog. Anyway the first thing Kim said she wanted to do when she arrived home was read my blog and was dissappointed when I said I hadn't blogged yet, so here I go.....

My hols were lovely, we were lucky with the weather and I had a lovely week with Mum and Dad, two aunties and uncles and my cousins Matt and Harry. My fatigue was quite well under control so I managed to do three walks which is pretty good going. I didn't take many photos cos I have so many of the moor so I just try and take a few different ones each time.

We went to a couple of new places and revisited some old faves. Here's Harry at Hay Tor.....
The gorgeous Burrator Reservoir, can't believe I've managed the best part of a decade without properly seeing this place....awesome.

Me and the old folks!!
The gang......
A group shot with an autumnal twist that will hopefully go with my new Nutmeg Papers and entirely taken for that purpose...... I know I'm sad!!!
While I was away I did 4 layouts which I haven't photographed yet but I will get onto that tomorrow. We also managed to enjoy the local mini beer festival (I forgot my camera tho!) it was so cool all the beers had Halloween themed names so I spent most of the evening drinking Buckets of Blood!!!!!
Since I've been back I've been intent on making a dent into homemade Christmas pressies and cards. I want all of that done plus my Christmas shopping by the end of this month so that I can spend December doing lots of Christmassy things, working on my Christmas journal and most of all enjoying all the lovely things that will be going on in School. Over the last few days I've managed to make a present for my Reflexologist, 60 mini cards for my two classes at school, plus finish a couple of things I started before I went away. I will share some photos when I've unpacked it all tomorrow.
Thats all for now back tomorrow with more photos xx

Glad to hear you had a good hoilday in my part of the world - Dartmoor is just beautful in autumn.

Sounds like you've been pretty productive since you got back so I can't wait to see what you've been up to.
